To use the Phenomenal Physics, you can install the package called "Phenomenal Physics - Springs and Things" (Install from the community tab) and drag the example template into your world.

You can also use the Blueprint: "Phenomenal Physics Showcase".  The showcase has several examples you can use to put into your own game.
